The Sunshine Tasting Cart is your customizable, on-the-go station for stylish and satisfying bites. Whether you’re offering an elegant charcuterie display, a nostalgic ice cream bar, or a playful snack or treat station, the cart can be fully customized to match your theme, menu, and guest count.
Perfect for weddings, showers, birthday parties, and corporate events, it’s designed to impress your guests and make setup effortless.

Base price: $350
The base price covers the cart setup and service only. Food selections are charged separately per guest as listed below under per guest pricing.

- Beautifully styled mobile cart setup
- 2 hours of service
- One professional attendant (self serve option available see below for details)
- Curated menu tailored to your event theme and guests

Note: Delivery is free within 10 miles of our Central Florida location. For events beyond 10 miles, a mileage-based delivery fee applies (see delivery policy).
Self-Serve Option Available:
Prefer to serve your own cart? Book the Self-Serve Setup for $250, which includes everything above except the attendant. You’ll save $100 while still getting a beautifully styled and fully set up cart — perfect for more casual or DIY-style events.
Per Guest Pricing (Choose one option):
- Charcuterie Style — $15 per guest
Curated selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and accompaniments. Elegant and perfect as a centerpiece. - Snack or treat Bar — $10 per guest
Casual snacks like chips, dips, pretzels, popcorn, and candy. Budget-friendly and great fun for gatherings. - Ice Cream Bar — $12 per guest
Fun, interactive frozen treats with assorted toppings and cones.
Pricing above reflects base costs and may increase depending on food selections, guest count, and event specifics. Delivery fees are calculated separately.
Additional Services:
- Additional Hour of Service: $100 per hour
- Additional Staff: $50–$75 per hour per person (based on event size and complexity)
